Mike Clinard served as the Chief Operating Officer and President of Global Services at Cardtronics (NASDAQ: CATM) for 18 years. He also managed several of the company’s business units both domestically and internationally. Mike started with Cardtronics at the beginning of their ATM venture in 1997 and was instrumental in the growth and success of the company. In addition to serving on the Board of Directors for Ace Gathering, Mike has also served on various boards (some as chairman) throughout his career including Cardtronics, Cardtronics Mexico, Cardtronics Canada, the ATM Industry Association and Moleculin, a clinical stage pharmaceutical company.
Cody has worked in the oil and gas business since 2004. His various roles in sales, marketing and management have helped him gain the knowledge and expertise necessary to run a growing business. Cody began his career in distribution with Wilson Supply and learned the business from ground up. He continued his career in the oilfield services sector with Key Energy Services, and most recently, held the position of North America Sales Manager for Tesco Corporation. Cody currently holds an undergraduate Bachelors of Business Administration Degree (BBA) in Management from Sam Houston State University, and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from St. Thomas University.
Randy Hale founded Rock Hill Capital in 2007. He is responsible for managing all aspects of the investment activities of the funds including fund raising, deal sourcing and investment management of portfolio companies. Previously, he acted as the executive vice president and director of Equus Capital Management Corp. and president and CEO of Container-Care, International. He remains executive chairman of ConGlobal Industries, Inc., which was formed in 2004 to facilitate the merger of Container-Care International, Inc. and Global Intermodal Systems, Inc.
Ryan Shelton assists in investment opportunity evaluation and portfolio management. He formerly acted as an assistant vice president for the middle market commercial lending group at Amegy Bank. He earned bachelor’s degrees from Texas Tech University, in finance/general business and in agriculture and applied economics.
